Camp Guard® waterproofing sealant is a is a concentrated resealing compound  with water repellent and anti-fungicidal properties, that protect and prolong the life of canvas. Unlike a waterborne waterproofing compound designed to penetrate fabrics, Camp Guard® is a silicone based sealant adding an additional protective layer on top of your material giving it water repellent and anti-fungicidal properties. It is a clear and highly flexible coating providing a barrier to water penetration for many years.

The efficiency of Camp Guard® is dependent on the condition of the canvas being treated.

Thoroughly clean the surface using a  brush, do not use detergent or soap. The surface must be clean and dry before application. Apply Camp Guard® evenly with a soft paint brush or spray-gun. Seams and worn patches will require extra sealant.

Helpful Tips!

Dipping: Smaller items may be dipped in a bath of Camp Guard® to ensure complete coverage. Ensure the item is moved around to clear any air voids and hang to dry to remove excess.
